5. HOW TO ENTER: Entry into the Sweepstakes will be done online or by mail in only. Participants must complete the online link information through DOMINICSADAY.COM and supply all required information to be eligible. All mail in entries must include

6. Military personnel, for the purpose of this contest, is defined as: any person that has served in the past OR is currently enlisted in the armed forces and can provide proof upon being
declared the winner. Persons that have received dishonorable discharge will not be accepted as "military personnel".
A. law enforcement, for the purpose of this contest, is defined as any person serving in local, state, or government branches of law enforcement. This also includes former members or
retirees.
B. first responder, for the purposes of this contest are described as EMS, EMT, paramedic, firefighters, and anyone that has been in these professions and can furnish proof of such when
claiming the prize.
7. GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand prize will be awarded, consisting of one custom built 2007 Honda CBR 1000RR Sponsor will determine all features of the prize except for the paint scheme and colors, which have been pre-determined.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $13,000.00. Only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.
8. THE GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: A random drawing to select the Grand Prize winner will be held on or about August 23, 2008 during the Dominic's Day 2008 benefit OR once all 2500 tickets are sold. Winner selected from among all eligible Entries received
in accordance with these Official Rules. The drawing will be conducted by an impartial third party and witnessed by all those in attendance. The decisions shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
9. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning the Grand Prize and the second, third, fourth and fifth place prizes depend on the number of eligible Entries
received, however; the number of tickets sold will be limited to NO MORE THAN 2500 entries to allow for increased odds of winning. Good luck!

| The bike is making its rounds through Buffalo. We owe a great deal to many people, NOT THE LEAST OF WHICH, is OREN SILVERS. Without Oren's generosity, selflessness and without a doubt, friendship, this would never have gotten this far. Oren himself, has endured an exhausting year to say the least, but still managed to devote time to not one, but TWO motorcycles for us: The 2007 REDBull Raffle bike AND our DOMINIC'S DAY flagship. ( to be unveiled officially at the benefit this year ). Add to that His willingness to welcome Dominic and I to several of his bodybuilding and fitness events throughout the country and it is no surprise that we owe a great deal to our bike builder and friend.
